Shipping policy

We serve the UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands via our online shop. Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept international orders via our website.

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day from our UK distribution office. Most orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Our most up to date range of courier options will always be available to choose from during the checkout process. 

Mainland

      Orders containing one or more cases of Iced Coffee:

      • 48 Hour tracked delivery via Evri - Free 

      Expect delivery in 2-3 working days.

      • 24 Hour tracked delivery via Evri – £1.00 

      Expect delivery in 1-2 working days.

      Small items:

      • 48 Hour tracked delivery via Evri - 4.45

      Expect delivery in 2-3 working days.

      • 24 Hour tracked delivery via Evri – £5.45

      Expect delivery in 1-2  working days.

      Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland

      • 48 Hour delivery via Evri- £5 

      Expect delivery in 2-4 working days.

      Isle of Man

      • 48 Hour delivery via Evri or Royal Mail – £9 

      Expect delivery in 2-4 working days.

      British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

      • Delivery via Royal Mail - £5

      Delivery times vary.


      Some bespoke items may have individual delivery charges not listed on this page. If this is the case it will usually be stated on the product page. Due to the size, weight and liquid nature of our products we use private fulfillment and courier networks. Some remote and offshore delivery locations may require additional payment for delivery. We will occasionally use alternative couriers other than that stated above. For large orders of more than 20 cases a pallet delivery may be more appropriate.

      Our couriers deliver throughout the week but only Monday to Friday are considered working days and our delivery estimates apply to working days only. Please allow one full working day for dispatch. We promise to try our best to dispatch your goods on time however any delivery times stated are an estimate and should be considered as an approximate guide. We will not compensate you for any late deliveries unless explicitly stated. If your order hasn’t arrived within the quoted time frame please check the tracking information found in your order confirmation email and contact us via shop@jimmysicedcoffee.com if you think there is an issue. 

      In the event of an inability to deliver or a refused delivery, your items will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued within 5-7 days. If your items are damaged in transit, please follow the return instructions in our refund policy and we will endeavour to exchange or refund your product, depending on availability.
