Delivery is currently made between Monday and Saturday using Royal mail or DPD depending on the item. We aim to dispatch all items within 7 days from the point of ordering (often earlier) and send with a next day delivery service via DPD or first class via Royal Mail.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched, although we don’t currently provide delivery tracking numbers. If your order hasn’t arrived 14 days after ordering, please contact us via email@example.com and we will investigate.
In the event of an inability to deliver or a refused delivery, your items will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued within 5-7 days. If your items are damaged in transit, please follow the return instructions in our refund policy and we will endeavour to exchange or refund your product, depending on availability.
