Terms & Conditions

1- The promoter is: Jimmy's Iced Coffee Limited. Company reg number 0745 1862. Registered company address is Unit 1, Industrial Beaver Estate, 8 Airfield Road, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 3TG.

2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Jimmy's Iced Coffee Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Competition open for current and new newsletter subscribers.

4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- This competition is promoted on Jimmy's Iced Coffee website, social media profiles, and email newsletter.

6- Maximum of two entries per person.

7-  The competition will open January 3rd 00.00 and close at midnight on the 14th of January 2024 One winner will be chosen by January 15th 2024. Only entries through the form on this page are valid and no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Entries after the closing date will not be drawn.

8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

There are two ways to enter, you can enter once by each entry method.

Method 1: Follow @jimmysicedcoffee on TikTok and like our competition post for one entry.

Method 2: Enter the competition online by entering your name and email address on our competition signup page found at: https://www.jimmysicedcoffee.com/pages/1-24-3-month-giveaway. By entering your details on this form you agree to become a subscriber of the Jimmy's Iced Coffee email newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of our email newsletter. For entry method two, only active newsletter subscribers at the closing date, who have entered the competition, will be drawn.

One winner will be chosen from TikTok and one winner will be chosen from the landing page form entries entered on https://www.jimmysicedcoffee.com/pages/1-24-3-month-giveaway.

10- Jimmy's Iced Coffee Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11- Jimmy's Iced Coffee Limited is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12- The prizes are as follows: 3 x Cases of 12 x 275ml Jimmy's Iced Coffee for two winners. The winner may chose the flavours they receive.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13- Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Jimmy's Iced Coffee Limited. 

14- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Social Media and/or letter within 3 working days of the event. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15- The promoter will notify the winner by email when and where the prize can be collected or arrange free UK delivery.

16- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

19- The winners may be requested, but are not obliged, to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with this promotion. The promoter may request to use the winner’s name, image, and details of their win in connection with such publicity.

20- The Method 1 winner will be contacted via DM on TikTok to inform them of their win. The Method 2 winner will be contacted by email to inform them of their win.

The winner must confirm their prize within 14 days otherwise Jimmy's Iced Coffee reserves the right to pick another winner.

21- The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: info@Jimmysicedcoffee.com

22- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

23- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

24- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Jimmy's Iced Coffee Limited and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.jimmysicedcoffee.com/privacy/.
