TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. THE PROMOTER
Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Limited, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4TZ. Registered in England No. 07451862.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), except:

a) Employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

b) Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
-
c) Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
3. THE PROMOTION
3.1. The title of the promotion is Jimmy’s Coffee Run Competition.
3.2. The promotional period will open 00:01 29/04/2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 12:00 on 06/05/2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. All promotion entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3. To enter, subscribe to Jimmy’s mailing list, visit https://www.jimmysicedcoffee.com/pages/coffee-break and play Coffee Run, then submit your score to the public leaderboard. The highest score submitted and verified by the end of the Promotional Period will determine the winner.
3.4. Multiple entries are permitted during the Promotion Period, but you may only win a maximum of once.
3.5. Entrants must have Internet access to enter this promotion.
3.6. The highest score submitted and verified by the end of the Promotional Period will determine the winner.
3.7. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted.
4. THE PRIZE
4.1. The prize consists of 1 x free case of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee of the winner's choosing.
4.2. There is 1 prize to be won in total.
4.3. Unless otherwise stated, all expenses incurred by the winner in the general use and/or enjoyment of the prize, including but not limited to food, drink, travel, and accommodation, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4.4. Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
4.5. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION
5.1. All entries received during the Promotion Period will be judged under independent supervision within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period to select one winner based on the following criteria:

a) The highest score submitted;
-
b) Score verified using the Fair Play rules outlined in the general Terms and Conditions (Coffee Run Terms);

c) Subscribed to the Jimmy’s mailing list.
5.2. Winners will be notified via the email address used to enter the promotion within 5 working days of the Draw Date.
5.3. Winners have 7 days from initial notification to confirm acceptance of their prize, otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
5.4. The Promoter does not accept responsibility if a winner cannot take up the prize and may offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
5.5. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or other compensation.
6. PRIZE DELIVERY
6.1. Please allow 5 working days from valid acceptance for delivery of the prize. Prizes will be delivered via registered post and a signature will be required.
6.2. If any prizes are undelivered due to inaccurate details, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize with no liability.
7. MODERATION
The Promoter will reject entries which, in its reasonable opinion:

a) Contain content likely to offend or reflect negatively on the Promoter or any brand partner;

b) Include trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned or permitted for use;
-
c) Defame, misrepresent, or insult others;
-
d) Promote political agendas.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. DATA PROTECTION
9.1. By entering, you agree that your personal information may be held and used by the Promoter and its agents to administer the promotion.
9.2. Subject to winner's consent, the Promoter may use their name, image, and town or county for promotional purposes.
9.3. Personal data will be used according to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
10. GENERAL
10.1. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter.
10.2. Instructions provided at entry form part of these Terms and Conditions.
10.3. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entrant breaching these Terms or distorting the promotion.
10.4. The Promoter may suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where necessary, without liability, due to events beyond its control.
10.5. No responsibility is accepted for entries delayed, incomplete, or lost.
10.6. Verification of age, identity, and address may be required.
10.7. Entrants acknowledge similar entries may be submitted and no compensation will be due.
10.8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries containing:

Inappropriate or illegal content;
-
Dangerous or harmful activity;
-
Advertising of goods or services;
-
Impersonation of another person;
-
Unauthorized use of copyright or trademarks.
10.9. It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide accurate information.
10.10. Bulk, automated, or third-party entries will be disqualified.
10.11. Entrants must have permission from anyone featured in their entry (including parental permission for under 16s).
10.12. Subject to the winner’s consent, the winner’s name and county may be obtained by emailing info@jimmysicedcoffee.com.
10.13. The Promoter’s decisions are final.
10.14. If any part of these terms is declared invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.
10.15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
