Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Creator Crew – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Jimmy’s Creator Crew is open to individuals aged 18+ who want to collaborate with us.
1.2 Applicants must have an active social media presence, public social media profile(s), and align with the Jimmy’s brand values.
2. Application & Selection
2.1 Completing the application form does not guarantee you will be contacted to produce content or work in partnership with Jimmy’s.
2.2 Jimmy’s Iced Coffee reserves the right to select creators at its sole discretion.
2.3 If you are chosen by Jimmy’s as someone who the brand would like to work with, you will be notified via email or direct message to discuss the partnership, content, and payment/compensation in more detail.
3. Creator Perks
3.1 If contacted by Jimmy’s to work with them as part of the Creator Crew, you may receive:
- Free Jimmy’s Iced Coffee products and merch
- Exclusive access to new product drops
- Opportunities for affiliate partnerships, campaign collaborations, and event invites
3.2 These perks are at Jimmy’s Iced Coffee’s discretion and may vary.
4. Content & Brand Representation
4.1 If contacted to join the Creator Crew, you agree to authentically promote Jimmy’s Iced Coffee in a way that fits your personal style.
4.2 Any content featuring our products should align with our fun, positive, and community-focused brand tone.
4.3 You should always disclose your partnership with Jimmy’s (e.g., using #Ad, #Gifted, or other relevant tags).
5. Payment & Compensation
5.1 Creators may be compensated in various ways, including monetary payment, gifted products, services, or a combination of these.
5.2 Some campaigns may require creators to sign up for an affiliate program, where compensation is based on actions taken by end users (e.g., shares, reposts, or purchases directly linked to the creator’s content).
5.3 Payment terms and conditions for each campaign will be discussed and agreed upon between Jimmy’s and the content creator before participation.
5.4 Any monetary compensation will be agreed upon in writing before the campaign starts.
5.5 Jimmy’s Iced Coffee reserves the right to adjust compensation structures at its discretion.
6. Content Usage & Rights
6.1 When you create and share content featuring Jimmy’s Iced Coffee as part of a campaign or collaboration, you:
- Confirm that you own the rights to your content and have the authority to share and grant usage rights.
- Grant Jimmy’s Iced Coffee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share, repost, and use your content on our social media, website, and marketing materials (with credit given to you).
- Agree that specific usage rights, including paid advertising or long-term commercial use, will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of the campaign.
- Confirm that your content does not infringe on third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
6.2 Jimmy’s Iced Coffee reserves the right to request content edits or removal if it does not align with our brand values.
6.3 If requested by Jimmy’s Iced Coffee, creators may be required to remove or edit campaign-related content.
6.4 We’ll always credit you when sharing your work!
7. Brand Guidelines & Restrictions
7.1 Content should not include offensive, inappropriate, or misleading messaging.
7.2 Jimmy’s Iced Coffee reserves the right to request content edits or removal if it does not align with our brand values.
8. Data Retention & Privacy
8.1 By applying to the Creator Crew, you agree that we will store and process your data for the purposes of managing your partnership request and communicating with you about opportunities.
8.2 We regularly review and clean our data to ensure we only retain necessary information.
8.3 Your data will be stored securely and only for as long as needed or to comply with legal obligations.
8.4 If you decide you no longer want to be contacted by Jimmy’s Iced Coffee in relation to working with them or want Jimmy’s to remove your data, you can contact them at any time via email at info@jimmysicedcoffee.com, and we’ll take care of it.
