Full terms and Conditions:

This competition is being run by Jimmy’s Iced Coffee, a company registered in England with company number 07451862, address: Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4UA (the “Promoter”).

 

The promoters: Jimmy’s Iced Coffee.

 

Promotion period: Opens 23/06/2025 and closes 30/06/2025. Entries received after this date will not be counted.

The Promotion: Ten Jimmy’s cans have been randomly stickered with gold winning codes across Brighton. If you find one, scan the QR code and enter the unique code via the online form to be in with a chance of winning.

Eligibility:

The promotion is open to residents of mainland UK aged 16 years or over, excluding:

• (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration;
• (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

No purchase necessary.

To enter: Find a gold stickered can. Scan the QR code. Complete the entry form with your name, email, and the unique code. You must upload a photo of the winning can showing the gold sticker and unique code and/or provide a valid proof of purchase. Failure to provide this may result in disqualification.

Only the first valid entry for each unique code will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Prize: A 3-month supply of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee (3 x 12-can cases, one per month). There will be 10 winners in total.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

Winner Selection: All valid entries will be checked and verified. Where duplicate entries exist, only the first valid entry will be accepted; all others will be void. There will be 10 winners only.

Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via email from an address ending in @jimmysicedcoffee.com on or around 05/07/2025. Winners must respond within 7 days. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Acceptance:

If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to offer it to the next eligible entrant.

By entering, winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity. If a winner does not want their name to be published, they should inform the Promoter when accepting their prize.

Prize Fulfillment:

Prizes will be dispatched to UK addresses only within 30 days of winner confirmation. The Promoter is not responsible for delays or lost deliveries.

Privacy / Data Protection:

All personal data submitted will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at [insert link]. Data will be used solely to administer this promotion unless you opt in to receive further marketing.

General Conditions:

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other online platform.

Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries, or entries not submitted in accordance with these terms, will not be accepted. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, delays or errors in entry submissions or contact details.

Bulk entries, entries from syndicates, or use of automated tools (e.g. macros) will be disqualified. Any suspicious or fraudulent entries will be rejected, and the Promoter reserves the right to verify codes and disqualify any entrant acting contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Limitation of Liability:

As far as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death caused by the prize except where caused by their negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Force Majeure:

The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where necessary due to events beyond its control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

Governing Law:

This promotion is governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
