This competition is being run by Jimmy’s Iced Coffee a company registered in England with company number 0745 1862, address Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4UA (“Promoter”).
The promoters: For this giveaway are Jimmy’s Iced Coffee.
Promotion period: Enter between 00:01 01/07/2024 to 23:59 14/07/2024.
The promotion is open to residents within mainland UK only, aged 16 years or over only, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
To enter: Purchase is necessary. You must have access to internet. Entry can be made via Facebook, Instagram or Email. Entrants must find and purchase from Tesco stores only, a Meal deal consisting of three items and containing any one of 380ml Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Original, Caramel, Myprotein or Oat which have been launched in select Tesco stores. After purchase, entrants must send in a photo of their purchase of their Meal deal containing a Jimmy’s Iced Coffee via email to info@jimmysicedcoffee.com, or via Instagram or Facebook by sharing to their story or profile and tagging @jimmysicedcoffee or via direct message to @jimmysicedcoffee. The top funniest 20 photos, as chosen by Jimmy’s will win a £50 Tesco e-Gift card.
Prize: Prize delivery is available to one address within mainland UK only, is non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available.

Items to be delivered digitally within 4 weeks of the winner accepting the prize. In the event that the prize listed above become unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided; Winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery notes are checked on receipt; Prize excludes anything not expressly listed above; We will endeavour to get prizes delivered to the winner as quickly as possible; By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion.
Winner Selection: The top funniest 20 photos entered into the competition and chosen by Jimmy’s will win a £50 Tesco e-Gift Card gift card each. Competition closes for judging 23:59 14/07/2024.
Winner Notification: Winner will be contacted directly from Jimmy’s Iced Coffee via Instagram account @jimmysicedcoffee or email from info@jimmysicedcoffee.com only between on 15/07/2024 and 20/07/2024. If Jimmy’s do not hear back from the winner accepting their prize within 2 weeks, a new winner will be chosen. The decision of the Promoters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Acceptance:
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion. If the winner(s) does not want their name to be published, they should inform the Promoter when accepting their prize.

Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, or late entries, or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery/ receipt. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise, or for errors in contact details supplied by entrants.
Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, third parties, syndicates, macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full, will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
This promotion is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
