Full Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This competition is being run by Jimmy’s Iced Coffee, a company registered in England with company number 0745 1862, address Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4UA (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
Enter between 12:00 03/05/2025 to 23:59 18/05/2025. All promotion entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3. Eligibility
Open to mainland UK residents only, aged 16 or over, except:
a) Employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies
b) Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the promotion
c) Immediate families or households of (a) and (b)

4. How to Enter

  • Must have a valid email address

  • Entry via competition page or via the Meta competition form

  • Enter your name and email to sign up to the Jimmy’s Iced Coffee mailing list

  • By submitting, you agree to receive marketing emails (unsubscribe anytime)

  • Only active mailing list subscribers at closing date will be eligible

  • Internet access is required

  • No entry fee or purchase necessary

  • Open to new and existing subscribers

  • Max 1 entry per person

  • Max 1 prize per person

5. The Prize
25 prizes: Each prize is a pair of tickets to Paulton’s Park, Home of Peppa Pig World, valid until 3rd January 2026.

  • Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable

  • No cash alternative

  • Expenses (food, drink, travel, accommodation) are not included

  • If under 18, winner must be accompanied by a responsible adult

6. Prize Substitution
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary.

7. Data Usage
By entering, you consent to your personal data being used by the Promoter and its agents for administration of the promotion only.

8. Winner Selection
All valid entries will be entered into a random draw. 25 winners will be selected on 19/05/2025.

9. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email from an address ending in @jimmysicedcoffee.com on 19/05/2025.
If no response is received within 1 week, a new winner will be selected.
The Promoter’s decision is final.

10. Winner Acceptance

  • Promoter is not responsible if a winner cannot take up the prize

  • A new winner may be selected

  • Winner may be required to participate in publicity

  • Winners who don’t want their name published must inform the Promoter

  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any online platform

11. Entry Conditions

  • Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted

  • Proof of sending is not proof of receipt

  • The Promoter is not responsible for delayed, lost, or incomplete entries

  • Errors in contact details are the entrant’s responsibility

  • Bulk entries, automated entries, or entries from syndicates will be disqualified

  • Abuse of the entry process will result in disqualification and voided prizes

12. Liability
The Promoter and its agents will not be responsible for:

  • Loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from prize use, except where caused by their negligence

  • Your statutory rights remain unaffected

13. Promotion Changes
The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where necessary.

Events beyond the Promoter’s control (e.g. weather, pandemics, strikes, etc.) that affect the promotion will not result in liability.

14. Agreement to Terms
By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

15. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
