These campaign terms should be read in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
1. Coupon in store
1.1. This original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used to redeem one (x1) FREE single unit can of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee 275ml (Maximum value £2.05).
1.2. Only one original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used per person and per transaction at participating Tesco, Co-op, Asda, Waitrose & Sainsbury's stores only (excluding online).
1.3. The selected products are subject to availability at individual retailer’s stores. If none of the selected products are available, this coupon cannot be used against any other product as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the digital coupon against any other product, as refusal to accept may cause embarrassment and delay at the checkout.
1.5. The digital coupon must be redeemed within 7 days of receiving the Zappit digital voucher link, please do not attempt to use this digital coupon once expired.
1.6. There will be a maximum number of 30,000 digital coupons in total available for distribution from the Promoter between the dates of 27/12/2023 and 23.59 on 31/12/2024. The coupon will expire 7 days after the customer receives the Zappit digital voucher or when 30,000 redemptions have been made, whichever comes first.
1.7. There is no cash alternative to this coupon.
1.8. Retailers remain free at all times to set their own prices.
1.9. This digital coupon is not available in conjunction with Tesco’s meal deal or any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
1.10. This digital coupon may not be auctioned, sold, traded, transferred, or assigned.
1.11. Coupon void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced (whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.
1.12. Distribution channels for this promotion are via our website, email newsletter, social media and physical posters or billboards.
1.13. THIS COUPON IS NOT FOR RE-SALE OR EXCHANGE.

2. Cashback
2.1. Offer: x1 Free 275ml or 250ml can of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee.
2.2. Offer valid from 00:00 BST 02/01/2024– until 23:59 BST 31/12/2024 or upon redemption of 5000 coupons, whichever is sooner.
2.3. Maximum one redemption per person across the promotional period.
2.4. Offer available on specified product purchased from participating Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Co-op stores only. This offer is not available against online purchases.
2.5. Purchase necessary - customers must retain their receipt for proof of purchase as part of cashback redemption process.
2.6. England only. Internet access required.

1. To request a digital coupon, you must have been served Jimmy’s Iced Coffee promotional ad on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Alternatively you may enter via a valid landing page found on www.jimmysicedcoffee.com. You will be required to provide your name, mobile telephone number and email address. You will then receive an SMS/text message to the mobile telephone number provided with a unique link to a digital coupon.
2. You will have exactly 7 days from receiving the SMS in which to use your coupon before it expires.
3. Please note that the promotion runs from [00:00 GMT 02/01/2024– until 23.59 GMT 31/12/2024 or upon redemption of 5000 coupons, whichever is sooner. Please do not attempt to use this cashback coupon once expired as refusal to accept may cause embarrassment.
4. This original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used to redeem the offer of x1 free 275ml or 250ml can of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee at participating UK Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Co-op stores only (excluding online).
5. The product included in the promotion is subject to availability and whilst stocks last at participating Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Co-op stores. If the specified product is not available, this coupon cannot be used against any other product as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the digital coupon against any other product, as refusal to accept may cause
embarrassment.
6. Only one original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used per person and per transaction. Maximum one redemption per person across the promotional period.
7. This digital coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon offer, but it can be used alongside in store promotions if applicable. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. This digital coupon may not be auctioned, sold, traded, transferred, or assigned.
9. Coupon void if altered, photocopied/screenshotted or reproduced (whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.
10. Promoter reserves the right to refuse coupons if it has reason to believe that they have been presented other than in accordance with these terms.
11. By requesting a coupon you are accepting to receive an SMS/text message containing the digital coupon unique link and reminder text to prompt you to redeem your coupon.
12. By requesting a coupon you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the requestor has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at: https://www.jimmysicedcoffee.com/policies/privacy-policy. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
13. To redeem the cashback offer you are required to purchase the product in participating Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Co-op stores and subsequently submit a cashback request via the 3 step CashbackNow service, which is managed by the Promoter’s partner, Promoter and Data Controller Zappit [t/a Geo Offers Ltd]. NB. The cashback request must be submitted within the coupon expiry time frame of 7 days from receiving the SMS.

13.1. Request a coupon then purchase x1 free 275ml or 250ml can of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee in-store
Then follow the instructions on your digital coupon to;
13.2. Write down your unique ZPT code [which will be displayed when you click the ‘Get cashback now’ button on your coupon] at the top of the original receipt and then upload and submit a clear photograph of it for validation.
13.3. Confirm payment details; for bank transfer - full name, sort code and account number. For payment via Paypal - your email address or mobile phone number linked to your Paypal account is required.
Payments will be made within 24 hours, except on weekends and bank holiday, when they will be processed the next working day.
14. Only valid receipts, clearly comprising of the following will be accepted;
14.1. Store logo
14.2. Your unique ZPT code clearly handwritten on to the receipt
14.3. Promotional item, ie. A single 275ml or 250ml can of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee and associated price
14.4. Date of transaction during the promotional period and prior to date of cashback request
15. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts which do not include the above and/or:
15.1. Are out of focus/blurry
15.2. Are old, out of date or fall outside of the stated promotional period
15.3. Specific to retailers which are not participating in the promotion
15.4. Are not unique to the individual
16. If the conditions are met, you can receive cashback for the item priced as reflected on the receipt of up to £3.00 for a single 275ml or 250ml can of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee. If the product is bought and the purchase price paid falls below £3.00, the cashback amount will be reduced to reflect the purchase price paid. If the purchase price paid is greater than £3.00, the cashback amount will remain at £3.00.
17. The cashback payment cannot be divided and can only be accepted as it is granted.
18. Each ZPT code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once will result in disqualification of cashback request and all such requests will be declared void.
19. Incomplete, illegible or misdirected cashback requests will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for cashback requests delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects their cashback request.
20. The Promoter reserves the right not to attribute the cashback refund in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules, without the participant being able to assert any right against the Promoter. In the event of an unsuccessful cashback request, an SMS notification will be sent to the mobile number provided with the reason for rejection
21. Only one redemption per person is allowed across the promotional period. Unless stated otherwise. Unique identity will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter and will include singular and collective checks on, but not limited to mobile number, email address and payment details.
22. The submission of a till receipt via photo upload is a pre-requisite of the cashback verification process as proof of purchase. This data will be held on file by Geo Offers Ltd and be made available to the Promoter as required for redemption validation and anonymised data analysis but will not be used for personalised marketing purposes.
23. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation.
24. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
25. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

28. Neither the Promoter and / or third parties involved in the management of this promotion are responsible for invalid coupon and cashback requests and do not provide any warranty on the product.
29. Errors in printing, spelling or composition and similar errors have no value and cannot be invoked as a remedy against the Promoter and / or third parties.
30. No element of the Offer or the management of which may be reproduced or published without the express prior written authorization of the Promoter.
31. The Promoter reserves the right, in a reasonable manner and taking into account the concrete circumstances, to adapt the rules of the Offer and / or interrupt or stop the Offer, without prior notification in the event of circumstances outside of their control. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
