Refund policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days starting from the date of delivery of the goods. If 30 days have gone by since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of our goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Iced Coffee, Coffee beans or food cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To request a return, please email us at info@jimmysicedcoffee.com and we will provide a return authorisation number. Please do not send your purchase back until you have received your authorisation number. Once you have received your number, please include a copy of this in your return package and return your item(s) to: Unit 1, Industrial Beaver Estate, 8 Airfield Road, Christchurch, DORSET, BH23 3TG, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item is damaged or defective. In the event of damage or defective items, we will refund or exchange the item as well as the cost of return postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again – sometimes refunds can take between 3-7 days to appear in your account. If you’ve still not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jimmysicedcoffee.com and we will investigate.

Sale items

We will refund the original amount paid for the items, which may be lower than the current retail cost of the item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jimmysicedcoffee.com and send your item to: Unit 1, Industrial Beaver Estate, 8 Airfield Road, Christchurch, DORSET, BH23 3TG, United Kingdom. If deemed defective, we will exchange the item and refund your return postage costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot incur the cost of returns lost in transit.
