Callum Courtney’s Willys

” ‘The ride that won the war…’
My Willys MB was built in Ohio on the 9th August 1943 before being shipped to the UK to join the Second World War. Its uneconomical but simple 2.2 petrol ‘Go Devil’ engine gets to 60mph in approx 70 years but it can get you anywhere off road reliably. I’m the third owner and have owned it for two years taking it to Normandy, France every year and at living history events here in the UK. No mods, standard spec.

I’m certainly lucky to be the proud owner of the most iconic original 4×4 out there. If only it could talk!” – Callum Courtney
