The promoters: For this giveaway are Jimmy’s Iced Coffee.

Promotion period: Enter between 00:00 20/05/2024 to 00:00 14/06/2024.

The promoter is: Jimmy's Iced Coffee Limited. Company reg number 0745 1862. Registered company address is Unit 1, Industrial Beaver Estate, 8 Airfield Road, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 3TG (“Promoter’)

The competition is open to residents of mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland) aged 16 years or over only, except: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

Enter your name and email address on the website form to sign up to Jimmy’s Iced Coffee’s mailing list to enter. By entering your details on this form and providing your permission, you agree to become a subscriber of the Jimmy's Iced Coffee email newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of our email newsletter. Only active newsletter subscribers at the closing date, who have entered the competition, will be drawn.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Competition open for current and new newsletter subscribers.

Prize: x1 Case (12 single cans) of The BIG Jimmy’s Original 380ml BottleCan.

Prize delivery is available to addresses in mainland UK only, is non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available.

There will be 10 winners.

Winner Selection: All valid entries received will be submitted into a prize draw. 10 winners will be randomly selected from all entries on The Draw Date 14/06/2024

Winner Notification: Winner will be contacted directly from Jimmy’s Iced Coffee via email only on 14/06/2024. If Jimmy’s do not hear back from the winner via email accepting their prize within 2 weeks, a new winner will be chosen. The decision of the Promoters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Acceptance:

By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter for prize fulfillment purposes.  

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date. 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other online platform. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoters and not to Facebook, and that Facebook has no liability for any element of this promotion.

Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, or late entries, or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery/ receipt. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise, or for errors in contact details supplied by entrants.

Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, third parties, syndicates, macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full, will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or
distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion,
epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.  

By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

This promotion is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
