Coffee Run – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Coffee Run, a game hosted by Jimmy’s Iced Coffee (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By playing the game and/or signing up for the public leaderboard, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Coffee Run is open to players aged 16 and over.
The game is available to play worldwide, but participation in the public leaderboard is limited to those who are aged 16+, provide a valid email address, and sign up for our mailing list.

3. Public Leaderboard & Sign-Up

Players can submit their score to the public leaderboard by providing their name and email.
By submitting your score, you consent to your name being displayed publicly on the leaderboard.
Any names deemed offensive will be removed and disqualified from the leaderboard.
Only one email entry per person is allowed.
If you wish to have your name removed from the leaderboard, please contact us at info@jimmysicedcoffee.com.

4. Rewards & Redemption

In Jimmy’s Iced Coffee: Coffee Run, players who successfully complete a level will receive a unique discount code as a reward. To redeem your prize, visit our official webshop, add your favorite items to the cart, and enter the discount code at checkout. Codes may be modified at random and are subject to availability.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect your name for the leaderboard and your email for our mailing list.
Your email will be used for marketing purposes, including updates, promotions, and offers from Jimmy’s Iced Coffee. By signing up, you will also be entered into our monthly free case giveaway for all mailing list subscribers. Full details, including eligibility and terms, can be found here.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Game Experience & Technical Issues

We strive to ensure Coffee Run runs smoothly. However, if you experience any technical issues, please report them to us so we can try to resolve them.
We are not responsible for any gameplay interruptions due to internet connectivity, device performance, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Fair Play & Conduct

Players must not use cheats, bots, or any unfair methods to manipulate their score.
We reserve the right to remove any scores or players suspected of unfair play.

8. Disputes & Complaints

Any issues or complaints can be directed to Jimmy’s Iced Coffee’s customer service team at info@jimmysicedcoffee.com.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Jimmy’s Iced Coffee is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from participation in Coffee Run, including but not limited to data loss, technical malfunctions, or inaccessibility of the game.
We do not guarantee that Coffee Run will always be available, error-free, or function without disruption.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Coffee Run, including all visual and text-based content, is the intellectual property of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee.
Players may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any aspect of the game without prior written permission.
